Full Parish Meetings 10 minute public sessions

With regards to the 10 minute session held at the beginning of the Full Parish &Finance meetings, members of the public are now requested to submit any questions they would like answering to deputyclerk@cottinghamcouncil.org one week prior to the meeting. This will give the Councillors concerned with the specific question sufficient time to obtain answers. Questions will be dealt with in the order they have been received in the office.
