Banking Hub Survey

Following the recent Banking Hub Focus Group, East Riding of Yorkshire Council and Cottingham Parish Council have created a survey in order to ensure a strong evidence base for the need for a Banking Hub in Cottingham and to get people’s views on how it should operate.

In case you were not aware of the Banking Hub, Cottingham is one of 5 communities across the UK due to receive one. They are a dedicated banking space open to customers of all the major banks, as well as the UK’s largest building society, and will have a counter offering basic cash and transactional services to all customers. More complex enquiries will be dealt with by a representative from a selection of the major banks who each visit once a week

East Riding of Yorkshire Council and Cottingham Parish Council are keen to ensure the new Hub best meets the needs of Cottingham.
