Cottingham Parish Council

The Parish Council considers it invaluable to the community to publicise Minutes of Parish Council meetings in order that residents and visitors alike can keep up to date with Parish Council matters.

Minutes are published not later than within two months of a meeting and the minutes of meetings held during 2014 onwards can be downloaded from the right hand column of this page.

Copies of the Minutes can be seen by appointment with the Clerk of the Council and they are also placed in the Library in Cottingham where they are accessible at all Library opening times.

Bound copies of the Minutes of all the Meetings held between 1999 and 2007 have been handed over to the the East Riding of Yorkshire Council Treasure House in Champney Road, Beverley. These records belong to the people of Cottingham and you are very welcome to go along and have a look at them during The Treasure House opening hours. These are currently Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9.30am - 5pm, Tuesday and Thursday 9.30am - 8pm and Saturday 9am - 4pm.

The then Chairman of the Parish Council, Councillor Don Hardwick, hands over the bound minutes to Mr. Sam Bartle at The Treasure House in Beverley
